Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be confirmed upon order placement.
- Shipping cost in Metro Melbourne: $15 freight charges
- Shipping cost in rural Victoria & Interstate: NCA team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm freight charges. Delivery charges for interstate are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the next business day.
Pickup Policy
We offer a convenient pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our warehouse.
- Pickup Location & Hours:
- Orders can be picked up from our warehouse during our business hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Closed on weekends and public holidays.
- Pickup Guidelines
- All customer pickups must have Minimum 1 Hour prior notice.
- Ensure your vehicle has adequate space for transporting large or bulky items.
